When will my order ship?
Most of the time if an order is placed before noon on a week day, the order will ship out the same day. However, during busy periods it can take up to 2 business days to dispatch.
Orders ship only Monday through Friday; we do not ship on Saturday, Sunday, or public holidays.
Returns
If for any reason you are not satisfied, your purchase can be returned for a refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions:
- Items are returned within 14 days of purchase.
- Items are returned freight paid by the customer.
- Items are returned new and unused, complete with all packing and product labels intact and undamaged. Outfitters may decline return of, or impose a repair charge on, any item in an unsaleable condition due to product or packaging damage.
- Items returned for a refund that have been sent freight free will incur the cost of couriering the item to the customer.
- Outfitters cannot accept the return of items which have been specifically ordered for you or manufactured to your specification.
- Please include your name, address, phone numbers and proof of purchase or receipt. This will allow us to process your request promptly.
- Please call us as soon as possible on 0800 021 732 if you need to return an item.

We wanted to not only be able to keep water out, but also keep ice in with zero leaks. With what we think is the world’s best zipper and our seriously tough Armour Tech fabric, the bag more than delivers in being completely water and air-tight. Attaching to our boards is also a breeze with our luggage tensioning system which securely attaches the bag to your deck and stops them from moving around. Now due to it’s lightweight but super robust construction, we can take up to 54 ice cold cans with us, where ever the adventure maybe. A seriously quality piece of kit.

Fantastic go anywhere cool bag
We brought this cooler having gone through many cheaper ones. It is definitely built to last, it’s been hauled onto our boat, carried onto the beach and taken on a road trip to France for 2 weeks! It’s help up really well, I love the handles and the extra pockets and it is definitely the right size for a family of 4 for a day out.

Excellent Customer Service
Just about to buy the 30L bag. I was undecided about which size to go so called customer service and spoke to Charlotte. Very helpful and advised the 30L for my needs ( beach, BBQs, picnics, events etc). Will leave a further product review once received but I'm sure i wont be disappointed.

Waterproof Soft Cooler Bag - 18L
This cooler bag is very good quality which you would expect from red
It’s a great bag for paddle boarding and for days out at the beach for one or two people. I do like the expandable pocket on the side for carrying a water bottle so you don’t need to open the top of the bag all the while.
